Having a fridge and microwave in the regular apartment was a nice touch! 🍴 It's convenient to have these amenities readily available for guests staying here.

All in all, it was great place for traveling to White Sulphur Springs. The stuff were amicable and incredibly kind, gave us great tips. Easy access to Greenbrier Valley airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

Location: the hotel was close to the nearby restaurant, which was a convenient dinner option and the creek. Exceptionally comfortable room with climate control and TV set, greatly enjoyed it.

The location is stunning, nestled in the heart of Jackson, and our room came equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge.

The accommodation offered separate bedrooms, the apartment I stayed in was perfect, the dining experience was enjoyable, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay.

The rooms at Howard's Creek Inn are very spacious with amazing bathrooms. The inn offers a lot of facilities including climate control and flat-screen TVs. Additionally, its location is great, being close to nearby restaurants for convenient dining options.

We had a great one-night stay with really helpful and super friendly staff who gave us some good recommendations, and we had a room with a tub, which was nice.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone attending an event or conference in the area. It's conveniently located near the Greenbriar, and even within walking distance if you prefer. The free parking is a huge plus as well. Additionally, the restaurant downstairs is not only convenient but offers delicious food. And if you're a beer lover, there's a fantastic brewpub just a short walk away.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few small issues. The room service schedule could have been more clear, as it was difficult to find.

We got great value for our money at Howard's Creek Inn. The room was clean, cozy, and had the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. The location was convenient and we enjoyed being able to adjust the air/heat to our liking. The staff, especially Jennifer, the owner, were very nice and helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals we had on our trip.

Just a suggestion for the breakfast menu - it would be nice to have a wider variety of options available.
